Near pair of Chinese famille-verte ovoid jars, Kangxi (1662-1722) decorated with panels of flowering plants including chrysanthemum, cherry and plum issuing from rockwork, with flying insects overhead, all below large iron-red ruyi head lappets containing white foliate scrolls, the necks and feet encircled by bands of green stippled ground with half flowerheads.
