Exceptionally rare Chinese beaker, circa 1720, decorated in the workshop of Daniel and Ignaz Preissler, Kronstadt, painted in black with gilded details in which stands a figure of a woman emblematic of the goddess 'Flora', recognisable by her garland, stepping into a continuous landscape scene containing a palatial house within landscaped grounds, underglaze blue mark to base, height: 2 7/8in.
