Large Chinese blue and white ovoid vase, Kangxi (1662-1722), decorated with four panels alternately enclosing mountainous landscapes and baskets of flowers divided by dragon masks and bands of scrolling peony, the shoulders with ruyi-shaped lappets enclosing deer amongst scrolling lotus, the foot also with ruyi-shaped foliate lappets, height: 19 3/4in.
