Chinese blue and white teabowl and saucer, Kangxi (1662-1722), decorated with 'Long Elizas', the saucer with a central roundel containing a seated lady in a fenced garden, the well with four pairs of Long Eliza interspersed with leafy floral sprays, the underside with mark for Kangxi within double circle and four beribboned 'babao' to the rim; the teabowl with further pairs of Long Eliza and floral spray, the interior with central roundel containing seated lady in a flower garden and a hatch-pattern band to the interior rim.

Notes:
The pattern name is based on the Dutch 'Lange Lijzen', used to refer to this elongated woman who was one of the Eight Daoist Immortals, He Xiangu.
