Pair of famille rose pug candlesticks, Jiajing (1796-1820), one decorated with hatching in iron red with black patches, the other decorated with grey hatching and grey patches, each with a candle holder issuing from the back, the holders decorated with ruyi-heads at the base and brightly-coloured bands of stiff leaves and gilt rims

Condition:
The darker dog with tail broken and restuck, the other with tiny frit to candle holder rim
