Chinese blue and white teabowl and saucer, Kangxi (1662-1722), the central roundel with a woman sitting underneath flowering blossom emerging from rockwork in a fenced garden, the wide rim with eight further women kneeling to admire flowering peony, with a geometric hatch pattern band to the rim, the reverse with precious beribboned objects (babao) and six character mark within concentric circles; the cup with ladies admiring flowers and grasses to the exterior and four-character mark to the base
