Unusual Chinese lobed blue and white dish, Kangxi (1662-1722), painted in a bright cobalt blue, the central panel with scrolling blooming plants, encompassed by lobed swirling panels similarly decorated with peony and other blooming branches which are repeated on the back of the rim, the bottom with a conch shell in underglaze blue within a double circle
