Meissen plate in the Kakiemon style, c. 1735-40, decorated with a bird perched on a branch surrounded by flowering plants issuing from rockwork, the rim moulded with Sulkowski-Ozier basket pattern, with cross-swords mark in underglaze blue to base, diameter: 9 1/8in., 23.3 cm; condition: slight rubbing.
