Chinese blue and white klapmuts bowl, Kangxi mark and of the period (1662-1722), decorated with four ladies in a walled garden with rockwork, pine and plantain and cloud scrolls, all below a band of floral cartouches against cell diaper and ruyi ground, the inside decorated with a central roundel containing two deer on a river bank, the inner rim with foliage issuing from rockwork, diameter: 8in., 20.2cm; condition: four hairlines and small chip to rim.
