Chinese wucai baluster 'dragon' vase, Chongzheng (1628-43), decorated with three dragons chasing flaming pearls amongst stylized cloud scrolls and rockwork, above wave splashed rockwork, the neck with a band of stiff leaves, height: 12 7/8in., 32.7cm; condition: 3 hairlines to rim and star-crack to base, all restored to a high standard. A similar 'dragon' vase is on show at Polesden Lacey, National Trust Collection, NT 1245689.1. SOLD
