Chinese blanc de Chine cylinder-shaped censer, 18th century, of archaistic form, with concentric bands, the central band decorated with a faint Greek-key motif and Kui-dragons, supported on three rui shaped feet, diameter: 4 3/4in., 12cm; condition: pin-pricks to surface. The shape of this censer is based on an archaistic bronze lian form.
