Large Chinese blue and white octagonal baluster jar and cover, Kangxi (1662-1722), with eight panels of branches of cherry blossom and birds in flight, the rim with eight panels of flowers issuing from rockwork, the cover with bud finial and eight panels containing similar decoration to the neck, height: 23 3/4in. 60.5cm; condition: pieces out of rim re-stuck and restored to a high standard.
